Sales Policy

Sales Policy:

Pups are marked as they are spoken for with "sold" or "reserve". Once the deposit is received, they are marked "sold". Final payment is due at the time of pickup.(minus the $200 deposit) All shipping payments must be made 48 hours before shipping date.

All deposits are non-refundable (except in the case of injury, illness or death of the chosen pup). However, they are transferable to another available pup or to a later litter owned by the same breeder, should you change your mind before 5 weeks old.

Pups are to be picked up or shipped (approx $300 additional cost) by 9 weeks old. If the pup is not picked up by 9 weeks, there is a $10 daily boarding fee for up to 20 days (past the 20 days the deposit and pup are forfeited, unless buyer pays for additional boarding).

We reserve the right to decide to keep pups pictured here for our future breeding until 3 weeks old. These will be marked "reserve" whenever possible. We reserve the right to decline the sale of a pup after a deposit is received for any reason deemed in our or the puppy's best interests (deposit will be returned in that case).

The purchaser has 3 days to have their pup vet-checked for life threatening diseases and a 1 year guarantee against life threatening congenital defects.
